Andy Miller Family Session

Not even a year later I am privileged to photograph the whole family.  This time Kyle had just returned home from his mission in Mexico and Kaitlyn is getting ready to head to North Carolina for hers.  This was a perfect opportunity to capture the family together before another big change.  Those come fast at this stage of the game.  When we have little ones running around, getting into things they shouldn’t and making one mess after another, the days seem very long.  But we quickly learn that the years are short.  And after one child leaves, then the others are not far behind.  But there is a sweet peace that comes with watching your kids go and conquer the world.  It’s what we have been preparing them for in the first place.

The whole family was so fun to photograph and they were great sports.  Even though it was “wrap up in a blanket if you are not getting photographed” weather, they all stuck it out until the end.  They were quick to smile and the camera loved them.  I love watching the interactions between family members and what I saw with this family was support, laughter, and love.
