Kimmy & Philip Charming Outdoor October Wedding

October in Colorado could be less than favorable weather in any given year. It’s hard to tell if it is going to be freezing temperatures and snow, (we got a foot on September 9th), or if that pesky, all-to-common wind will show it’s dreaded face, or if we will have the most beautiful, calm, warm fall day of the year. Lucky for us, October 2, 2020, was perfect weather, and a perfect day.

Kimmy & Philip spent a fair amount of time scouting a location that would be beautiful and practical for their big day. They wanted a spot where family could gather easy enough, yet a private spot where they could say “I do” surrounded only by nature and family. The meadow close to her Papa’s home was the perfect place, a charming and quiet spot, that became even more so when adding touches like the amazing arch that Philip built!!!

Kimmy was absolutely breathtaking coming down the aisle and Philip looked the part of the handsome prince waiting for his bride. The ring bearers and flower girls were adorable, although I may be a little biased since my daughter was one of them. 🙂 There were some tears of joy, some laughter, and some nervousness, but everyone there was so excited about what was taking place. A match made in heaven I think. Two beautiful people coming together to be one beautiful family.

I love seeing how happy you make each other. I love that I have the most amazing in-laws in the world. I love that love stories really do come true!!!!! It’s been so fun to have a front-row seat to yours.
