Santana & Dylan Engagement Session

The rain put a real damper on our first session appointment.  I am always grateful for rain in the valley, but just not right during a session.  🙁  Luckily we were able to reschedule for a few days later and hit upon the only rain-free day of the week.  Dylan had the great idea of going to Pikes Stockade and I am so glad!!!  The tall grass and distant trees made for an amazing atmosphere.  Bentley and I loved it there!!

Bentley came along to be a part of the gender reveal and she did a great job of adding even more cuteness to this family!!  We got those shots done first so she could run and play.  She hunted for “bucks”, helped me take pictures, and became my best friend and helper.  I was especially impressed when she brought over the letter B from the letter board, saying that she found a B for Bentley.  What a smarty!!!  I need to take Bentley with me to all my sessions so she can keep me company and make my clients smile.  She’s good at that!!

Santana & Dylan were awesome subjects as well.  Everything from the cowboy hat on Dylan to Santana’s flowy dress screamed style and class.  It’s easy to see from the pictures below that they are a beautiful couple and extremely photogenic!  They are also as sweet as can be.  I love being around these two.  They always make me feel like I am part of the family.  (Actually, I am.  Dylan and I are cousins.  I am blessed to have such good relatives!!)

Thank you, Santana & Dylan, for letting me spend this time with you and your super cute Bentley!!  I enjoyed every minute!!  Congrats on all the fun things going on in your life!!!  You have an amazing family!!!
