Lydia & Cooper Wedding

Again these two proved to be perfect models, both during their separate bride and groom session and on their wedding day.  The proof is in the pictures.  Lydia’s dress was one of my favorites!!!!  Let’s be honest, Lydia would look stunning if she got married in jeans and a t-shirt, but add this dress to her loveliness and you’ve got something special!!  Cooper was the handsome young man every girl dreams of.  What’s more, is they are both the sweetest!!!

I love doing a first look/bride and groom session on a day before the wedding.  There are many benefits to this separate session.  First of all, we are able to choose a location different than the ceremony location to add variety to the bridal portraits.  Lydia and Cooper now have portraits from the Great Sand Dunes as well as their ceremony location.   This session also allows extra time to capture the beauty of the couple in their wedding attire without the rush and stress of wedding day timelines.  These evening sessions also catch the golden hour light which makes them magical and dreamy.  And with the help of this dreamy couple, this first look/bride and groom session was one of the dreamiest!!!!

Other than a little incident with car keys, 🙁 the wedding day was perfect!!  Everything from the fun bridesmaid robes at the getting ready location to the cute flower girls running around, to the father of the bride walking his only daughter down the aisle, to the perfect backyard for a reception, and the love of family and friends throughout the day.  It was amazing!!!!

Thank you, Lydia & Cooper, for letting me be part of your special day!!!   Thank you for being the amazing people that you are!  You two will do great things together!!  I can’t wait to see you take on the world!!  Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Canty!!  I will be cheering you on!!!
