Geraldine & Antonio Extended Family Session

It may seem big at times, but the fact is, we live in a small world.  And in this, the San Luis Valley, we often are familiar with faces, but don’t know the personalities.  One reason I love my job so much is that it gives me a reason to get to know people.  I did family photos for Deslie and Milo last year and enjoyed getting to know them and fell in love with their darling kids!!  When Deslie got ahold of me this year for an extended family session for Milo’s family, I was all in.  I was excited to meet new people, but when I got to the session I saw a lot of familiar faces.  Faces I have seen at school activities, stores, and even my house!  It really is a small world!

I said it before, but WHAT A FUN BUNCH!!!!  This group not only had lots of patience, (thank you, little ones), and good humor, but they also had a ton of great ideas.  We moved logs, went for walks, set on hay bails and changed into football jerseys.  And you should have heard the banter going on once that happened!!  🙂  It seemed like I wasn’t the only one having a great time!!!

Thank you, Geraldine and Antonio, for sharing you family with me.  Thank you for your kindness, and for the strength of your family.  This country is only as strong as its families, and seeing yours, makes me feel good about the future.  Families are the best!!!!
