Abbey & Colby didn’t date in high school, even though they attended together. They were into different things, and not on each other’s radar. That seems strange to those that see them together now because they are so perfect for each other. Well, good things come to those who wait!!!

Abbey & Colby started their first look/bride and groom session the evening before their wedding in “pending rain” weather. They were good sports and when the pouring rain came they patiently waited it out. It didn’t dampen their spirits or their good looks. They are a stunning couple. With family and friends looking on, and some tears flowing along with the rain drops, we were able to get some amazing pictures. Colby is always the gentleman and its easy to see the love he has for his bride. Abbey is determinded and succeeds in everything she does. She will be a blessing to her hsuband and they are going to achieve great things together.

The next morning brought both bride and groom to the temple ready and excited to become husband and wife. Abbey was gorgeous in her mermaid style, silk and lace gown and Colby looked the part in his gray suit and cowboy hat. Many friends and family surrounded them in support of this union. The weather coooperated much better on the wedding day, and we were able to get family and bridal pictures done in plenty of time for people to celebrate at the luncheon. It was a beautiful sealing and a great day that brought a few tears to this aunt’s face.

The reception at the Rusty Spur in Antonito, Colorado was gorgeous and full of fun! They had such a great turnout with people from all over the valley there to show their love for this sweet couple who have already touched so many lives. What a fitting way to finish off the celebration of Abbey and Colby Crowther.
