Shallyn & Max | Cumbres Pass Engagement Session

My clients all have a special place in my heart and feel like family. Shallyn and Max actually are family, so you can guess how much I enjoyed this session. This easy-going, full of fun, beautiful couple made my job so easy. I can’t wait to capture their modeling skills at the beginning of August dressed in wedding attire.

The evening was ideal, with no wind and a warm sun. Other than a swarm of mosquitoes that chose to accompany us on our first stop, it was a perfect night. We visited a meadow on our way to Elk Creek Campground, the Elk Creek bridge, and the Cumbres Lookout. This summer is gorgeously green in the mountains and the valley floor and a great time to take pictures.

Shallyn & Max were charming and sweet and it was so fun to hear about what is going on in their lives and their plans for the future. They make a beautiful couple and I am so excited to capture this special time for them.
