Soraya & Dylan Engagement Session

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.

Soraya & Dylan are embarking on two new adventures! They left the comfort of home, family, and jobs to gain an education and eventual career that will bless their lives. And if that is not thrilling enough, they have chosen to spend the rest of their life together and be united as one in marriage!! SUPER EXCITING STUFF!!!

I absolutely loved shooting this engagement session for Soraya & Dylan. They were supermodels from the very beginning. It’s obvious from the photos that they are meant to be in front of a camera. Their attitude during the whole session, (even the part with the ridiculous amount of mosquitoes) was fun and playful.

Our first stop was Elk Creek campground, where we found a meadow with amazing light. It was the perfect place to showcase Soraya and Dylan’s excellent choice in outfits and especially Soraya’s super cute hat! We then traveled all the way back to the valley and found an amazing sunflower field. It may have been filled with mosquitoes, but it was worth it. These two were great sports in the whole adventure and I got to take some of my favorite pictures ever!!!

Thanks, Soraya & Dylan, for allowing me to get you behind my camera, where you belong. 🙂 I hope you love the pictures as much as I do. You two will have so much happiness as you work to achieve dreams and goals together. Soraya, it has been a pleasure to be your coworker. You are an amazing, fun, beautiful, talented, and smart lady. I know you will do great at school and as a dental hygienist. I will miss you, but as they say…
