Southern Colorado Based Photographer Celebrating Family
As soon as my husband and I got out of the car at the Hostetter home, we were greeted by two smiling faces, and two of the cutest boys I have ever seen. Koen and Jett were the welcoming crew, followed shortly by their darling little sister, Joey. (I have always loved the name Joey for a girl and after meeting this cutie pie, I wondered why I never used the name. Oh well, too late now!!!) These three showed us around, told us how excited they were to take pictures, and all about their family. I could tell right then that this was going to be a fun night.
Hostetter’s property was amazing. Although technically in town, we were rather secluded and I felt like we were in the middle of a quaint storybook for children with lots of places to play and explore. And of course, lots of places to take pictures!!!! The kids were great sports as we walked around their property and found one place after another to get some shots. We had to release the sheep so they were not in the background of one shot and subsequentially may have had to round up a few of the kids after such an exciting endeavor, but that is to be expected. 🙂 They were awesome!!!
Thank you, Kelsi and Mike, for letting us spend a few hours with your sweet family in your little neck of the woods where all seems very right!!! Thank you Hostetter kids for being who you are. You are special kids with an amazing ability to be a good example to those around you. I will be cheering you on in Cross Country and in life. You will do great things!!!
